Overview
Between microfocus and accelerator.
Large die-cast parts and battery modules are too dense for a microfocus cabinet and too small to justify an accelerator room. The RMCT6000 closes this gap.
It combines a microfocus source for detail with a 450 kV small-focus source for penetration, and a flat panel with a line detector. You switch between three operating modes on one system.
The cabinet weighs 45 t and needs a prepared floor. For parts up to ø 575 × 830 mm measuring range, the RMCT4000 is the lighter choice.
Features
Detail and penetration in one cabinet.
Two sources
Switch between detail and penetration. The microfocus source offers 225 kV with a JIMA resolution of 3 µm, or 300 kV with 4 µm. The small-focus source delivers 450 kV with 700 or 1500 W.
Two detectors
Scan fast or scan clean. The flat panel has 3072 × 3072 pixels of 139 µm at 60 fps. The line detector has 3072 pixels over 614.4 mm and suppresses scatter in dense parts.
Three operating modes
Match source and detector to the part. The measuring range reaches ø 564 × 857 mm with microfocus and flat panel, ø 603 × 1056 mm with small focus and flat panel, and ø 631 × 810 mm with the line detector.
Room for large parts
Load complete components. The cabinet takes samples up to ø 1000 × 1500 mm and 100 kg.
A stable base
Keep geometry constant under load. The main frame is marble, with 7, 8 or 9 controlled axes by configuration.
From scan to report
Run one workflow from acquisition to result. Scanning and reconstruction use Royma software. Dedicated automatic defect recognition is available for battery alignment and die-casting defects.
